The Control Room Awards is the event of the year that celebrates critical control room heroes around the UK. From Police, Fire, Ambulance and the Coastguard, to Community Alarm and Telecare centres.

Event Management / Website/ Social Media
The Be Brand is instrumental in the Control Room Awards from the very first kick-off meeting. Whether it is venue sourcing, website building and social media posts, hosting the judging day, managing the attendance, or on-the-day event management.
We have continued to build a strong online following for the awards that see the success of the event build every year.
In 2023, we were asked to shake up the format of the awards, and whilst the event started with a traditional drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal, this is where the tradition ended. We know delegates can often begin to feel tired at this point in the evening, and we wanted to get everyone back in the party spirit.
We asked the incredible Spark to burst into the room and lead guests down to a more informal, neon room. With light-up seating, a glow photo booth and a star dance floor, this was the perfect setting to get people up on their feet before the prestigious awards began. The feedback from delegates was that this was the best ceremony they’d ever attended, and they were glad that we did something different to make it memorable.
For 2024 the partnership is back, with The Be Brand refreshing the brand in line with the International Control Room Awards. This brand development has brought the two events even closer together and will allow us to build an even bigger and more engaged audience.
We will also see the PR bought in-house and the website build moving to the Be Brands. We’re really excited for this year’s event and to play our small part in celebrating Control Room Heroes around the world.
