International Control Room Week

International Control Room Week is held annually and celebrates critical control room employees worldwide. Our brief was to modernise the brand, design and execute all communications, curate and fulfil the celebration boxes and manage the social media presence.

What we did

Social Media Campaign / Branding / Merchandise

Having run for a number of years, the campaign was looking for an injection of energy and passion whilst not favouring a particular emergency service with the colour palette.

  1. The tone of voice was also critical, with the campaign targeting the end users of the control room and needed to balance being sympathetic to the experiences they have every day saving lives, whilst instilling a sense of pride and celebration.

The culmination of the event came in the social media campaign. One week to make these incredible people feel like the life-saving heroes they are.

We created a suite of downloads that participants could use and share on their Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn feeds. Whilst also running a social media campaign from the official accounts that garnered a 41 million reach and taped into the hearts of the audience.
